High-Risk Area (Nuclear Attack) :

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has analyzed the potential targets during a nuclear attack and has defined high-risk areas as those considered relatively more likely to experience direct weapons effect (blast, heat and immediate nuclear radiation).
