Home (Flood Resistance), Manufactured : For all matters related to installation or erection in flood hazard areas: (1) a structure, transportable in one or more sections, built on a chassis and designed to be used as a dwelling with or without a permanent foundation, when connected to the required utilities, and constructed to the Federal Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards and rules and regulations promulgated by the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; (2) a mobile home, park trailer, travel trailer, and similar transportable structure that is placed on a site for 180 consecutive days or longer
