Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-6), Integration and Use of Screening Information :
16 September 2003. HSPD-6 provides for the development and maintenance of accurate and current information about individuals known or appropriately suspected to be or have been engaged in conduct related to terrorism; and that information, as appropriate and permitted by law, can be used to support screening and protective processes via the Terrorist Screening Center.
