Hot Zone 1
Hot Zone 1 : With respect to Control Zones (Looked it up elsewhere in the source) for a hazardous materials incident and to the Emergency Response Guide (ERG, Looked it up elsewhere in the source), the area immediately surrounding a dangerous goods incident which extends far enough to prevent adverse effects from released dangerous goods to personnel outside the zone. This zone is also referred to as exclusion zone, red zone or restricted zone in other documents
