ICT 7 : Institute for Creative Technologies. ICT is a public-private partnership between the U.S. Army and the University of Southern California. ICT enlists the resources and talents of the entertainment and game development industries in collaboration with computer scientists to advance the state of immersive training simulation, to create imaginatively outside the box. ICT's goal is creation of the Experience Learning System (ELS) which provides learning through active, as opposed to passive, systems. In addition to specific military training tasks, ELS has applications for a broad range of educational initiatives
