Disaster Management. The time it takes for a supplier - either equipment or a service - to make that equipment or service available. Business continuity plans should try to minimise this by agreeing Service Levels (Service Level Agreement) with the supplier in advance of a Business Continuity E/I/C rather than relying on the supplier's best efforts.
