Learning Approach : Learning approaches represent learning theory in practice. A well chosen learning approach will match teaching and learning strategies to specific learner needs and outcomes and available sources. Examples of learning approaches widely used in VET include; problem-based learning to solve complex real world dilemmas and self directed learning which is self paced and often self correcting. Most programs contain a mix of learning approaches
