Exercise AAR/IPs should identify lessons learned and highlight best practices, and should be submitted to DHS for inclusion in the lessons learned / best practices Web portal, http: //www.llis.gov/, which serves as a national network for generating, validating, and disseminating lessons learned and best practices".
