Level Crossing 1 : (a) Means any place where a railway line crosses any road or street on the level, or where the public is permitted to cross a railway line on the level; and in this paragraph 'railway line' does not include a railway line on a road or street, being a railway line intended solely for the use of light rail vehicles; and (b) Includes a bridge used for both rail service vehicles and road traffic on the same level
