Liquid 01
Liquid 01 : (1) (Phys; Chem) One of the states of matter. A relatively incompressible, structure's fluid that flows under low shear forces, conforms to the shape of a containing vessel, and presents an upper surface. See: Fluid. Note: Under Suitable conditions of temperature and pressure, metals, gases, and various other substances have a liquid phase. (2) (Fire Pr) Any material, including combustible and flammable liquids, that has a fluidity greater than 300 penetration asphalt. See: Combustible Liquid; Flammable
