Long-Time Dispersion Factor : Calculation factor in the dispersion calculation for the emission of pollutants into the atmosphere taking account of the horizontal and vertical dispersion of the pollutant cloud as well as the effective emission height (stack height and thermal amplified region). The long-time dispersion factor is replaced by the shorttime dispersion factor in the dispersion calculation if the emission does not last more than an hour
