Low Pass 1 : A low flight over a target area. A low pass may be completed by a water bombing aircraft, lead plane, or other aircraft in order: (1) To obtain a closer look at a target; or, (2) To warn ground personnel in the vicinity of a target of an impending drop (normally using an audible warning device)
