Mediation 3
Mediation 3 : Assistance provided to disputing parties by an independent third party (the mediator). In mediation the third party is more actively involved than in conciliation and attempts to suggest proposals and methods for actual resolution of the problem so that a solution acceptable to both parties can be found.
