Military Aid :
Military Aid to Civil Authorities Consists of three elements Military Aid to the Civil Community (MACC) (this will be provided free of charge when there is an imminent danger to life. In other circumstances charges on varying scales will be made), Military Aid to other Government Departments (MAGD), and Military Aid to the Civil Power (MACP). Generally the military are very costly to use and unless circumstances are extremely difficult it is usually cheaper to use contractors. Any decision to use the Military should only be taken after consultation with the CEO. The military will require an indemnity form to be signed under all circumstances
