Motivational Theories
Motivational Theories : An attempt to explain how people are motivated, in the form of work behaviour and performance as a part of the psychological discipline that attempts to describe why people behave as they do solely in terms of internal needs that drive behaviour. E.g. Acquired Needs Theory, Consistency Theory, Goal-Setting Theory etc
