Mutual Aid 19 :
Disaster Management. Voluntary aid and assistance through the provision of services and resources between like organizations, including but not limited to: fire, police, medical and health, communications, transportation, and utilities. Mutual aid is intended to provide adequate resources, facilities, and other support to jurisdictions whenever their own resources prove to be inadequate to cope with a given situation.
