National Earthquake Hazards Reduction Program (NEHRP) Interagency Coordinating Committee (ICC) :
"The NEHRP ICC is composed of the directors of the four NEHRP agencies, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), as well as the directors of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB).
