National Environmental, Safety & Health Training : A National Environmental, Safety & Health Training Association. NESHTA is a non-profit international society for environmental, safety, and health and other technical training and adult education professionals. From its founding in 1977 to the summer of 2003, it was known as the National Environmental Training Association (NETA). Activities central to NESHTA's mission are the promotion of trainer competency through training and education standards, voluntary certification, and peer networking. NESHTA provides training for best practices in environmental, safety, and health.
