"The NOC [DHS National Operations Center] is also the National Fusion Center and consists of five functional components: a 24/7 multiagency watch and preparedness, prevention, and protection coordination center, an interagency planning element, a response and recovery coordination center, and integrated elements of the DHS Office of Intelligence and Information Analysis (DHS/I&A) and the DHS Office of Infrastructure Protection (DHS/IP).
