National Incident Management Priorities :
"The NRP sets national incident management priorities. These priorities include (1) saving lives and protecting the health and safety of the public, responders, and recovery workers; (2) preventing an imminent incident, including acts of terrorism, from occurring; (3) protecting and restoring critical infrastructure and key resources; and (4) facilitating recovery of individuals, families, businesses, governments, and the environment". (DHS, 2007)
