National Preparedness Integration Program (NPIP) :
"Through the NPIP, FEMA will integrate and synchronize strategic tools, including the National Incident Management System, National Response Plan, National Infrastructure Plan and the National Preparedness Goal into a national operational capability. The NPIP will ensure development of preparedness processes that foster harmonized day-to-day routine interaction of disciplines, organizations, levels of government and our citizens.
