NEDI 1 :
National Estimate of Daily Intake: An estimate of intake of pesticide in the diet over the long-term to compare to theADI. The NEDI is based on median or mean residue levels and a high level consumption (97.5th percentile value) for the daily amounts of the food item consumed over the long term. For further details on the calculation of NEDIs please refer to section 3 of the data requirements handbook on the CRD website.
