Newton's Laws of Motion 1
Newton's Laws of Motion 1 : (1) Every body either remains at rest or moves with constant speed in a straight line unless it is acted upon by a force. 2) A force applied to a body accelerates the body by an amount proportional to the force. 3) Every action is opposed by an equal and opposite reaction. The laws were first stated by Newton in his Principia, 1687
