Non-conformity 2 : The non fulfilment of a specific requirement defined in a standard, documented practice, agreed procedure or legislation. Note: In some countries (mainly in North America) the term Business Recovery was popular before the more widespread acceptance of Business Continuity. It is still found in some organizations and can be treated as broadly similar to basic BCM.
