Northern New England (NNE) Metropolitan Medical Response System (MMRS) Tri-State Collaborative :
"The Northern New England MMRS (NNE MMRS) functions as a coordinating resource in responding to the health and medical consequences of a weapon of mass destruction attack impacting Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont. The NNE MMRS also serves as a resource for other mass casualty events or significant outbreaks in the region, including serving as a structure to help local communities take advantage of arriving federal assets".
