Nuclear Incident 2 : Nuclear Energy and Nuclear Disasters. A nuclear incident is defined as any situation involving lost, stolen, missing, or the unauthorized possession of Special Nuclear Material, Controlled Nuclear Material, By-Product Material, Source Material, nuclear weapons, or components thereof.
