Nuclear Weapon Incident : Nuclear Energy and Nuclear Disasters. An unexpected event involving a nuclear weapon, facility, or component resulting in any of the following, but not constituting a nuclear weapon(s) accident: (a) An increase in the possibility of explosion or radioactive contamination. (b) Errors committed in the assembly, testing, loading, or transportation of equipment, and/or the malfunctioning of equipment and material which could lead to an unintentional operation of all or part of the weapon arming and/or firing sequence, or which could lead to a substantial change in yield, or increased dud probability. (c) Any act of God, unfavorable environment, or condition resulting in damage to a weapon, facility, or component
