Occupant Emergency Plan 2 :
The General Services Administration term for an annex to the EOP that describes the initial evacuation, shelter in place, and other reactive measures during the life-safety stages of an emergency that directly affects the facility. Also referred to by VHA as Emergency Safety Procedures for Building Occupant. Planning outputs may be called Occupant Emergency Procedures (see: Occupant Emergency Procedures)
