OISM :
Oregon Institute of Science and Medicine OISM is a small research institute founded in 1980 to conduct basic and applied research in subjects immediately applicable to improvements in human life including biochemistry, diagnostic medicine, nutrition, preventive medicine, and aging. A section of OISM is engaged in Civil Defense for a nuclear age. This section contains a rich resource of books, tapes, and valuable archives on topics especially relevant to civil defense.
