ONP 2 : Office of National Preparedness. ONP is an entity in the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). ONP helps the nation prepare to respond to emergencies and disasters of all kinds, to include those resulting from acts of terrorism and involving weapons of mass destruction.
