Organizational Learning :

A systems-based process for assessing proposed changes to the system, and incorporating accepted proposals to effect lasting change in system performance. This is accomplished through alteration to system structure, process, competencies, facilities, equipment, supplies and other parameters. This process is accessible to the whole organization, and relevant to the organization's core mission and objectives
