Passenger Railway Vehicle : Railway Transport - Transport Equipment (Vehicle). Railway vehicle for the conveyance of passengers, even if it comprises one or more compartments or spaces specially reserved for luggage, parcels, mail, etc. These vehicles include special vehicles such as sleeping cars, saloon cars, dining cars and ambulance cars.
