Pattern Bargaining
Pattern Bargaining : A collective bargaining procedure whereby a trade union seeks to obtain equal or identical terms from a group of employers in a particular enterprise or industry, based on an agreement already obtained in other enterprises, industries or sectors. The first agreement thus serves as a model for imitation by other employers or unions. See: Collective bargaining
